Healing and Self Actualization Spaces

Our Online Social Change Platform would not be complete without an education component and safe spaces that are intentionally built on concepts of Belonging and promote Innovation at every step of the way. As our community changes and expands our educational needs will also change. Below are our current safe space programs.

Please register before the session.

Healing From Sexual Trauma (updated4-2 poster).jpg

Beyond Sexual Trauma Series

This series is all about healing from sexual assault, through the reclaiming of one’s body and sexuality. We’re going to be looking at the root causes of why it’s difficult to heal, the shame associated with assault, reclaiming of sexuality beyond, and many other topics. Our goal is to really dive deep into why this discussion is important. Additionally, because these are such heavy topics, we’re always going to strive to start off light and positive - nothing discussed should unnecessarily traumatize you further. The mental health and interests of survivors are OUR interests. All our facilitators are TBD, but please know that they are all experienced in the field, and will always be available for further questions and communication afterwards.

** All sessions will be inclusive of all survivors. Meaning that there will be no room for sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic, non-intersectional language. All of Life In My Days’ online space are femme-centered with emphasis on femmes of color. We gotchu. *

Consent Series

Consent is a basic human right, yet violation of consent is part of our everyday culture, and yet no one seems to know what it means. Join us for a five session series to discover:

  1. Defining Consent: What is Consent?

  2. Enforcing Consent and Undoing Rape Culture.

  3. A discussion on the vision of the future of consent and what living in a non-patriarchal world would mean (2 part session).

  4. An in-person bystander training.
