Our committee members are the real change-makers within Life in My Days, by supporting the board in guiding the vision of LIMD and getting it done. Life in My Days is seeking an extraordinary individual with a passion for transformation and wellness to support our Executive Director and Board, who will report directly to the Executive Director.
We are looking for a talented Development Fellow who is passionate about finding creative ways to start difficult conversations by analyzing our current programs and services, and recommending and piloting new tools and resources that might be missing. This will be a 5 hour/week, 6-month remote fellowship, with a $1800 stipend.
As a Development Fellow at Life in My Days, you will be responsible for:
Work with the Executive Director and Board directly to analyze current and previous programs.
Engage with stakeholders, program participants, and the Worcester and greater new England community to determine the efficiency of programs and the communities needs.
Identify gaps in programming and future needs based on communities feedback.
Pilot 1-2 tools to address those gaps.
Recommend future programming to address communities needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to better understand services and programs.
Juggling multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
We have a small, tightly knit team, and are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with a team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Non-profit management experiences helpful but not necessary.
Have strong visual skills with careful attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams
